The Official Happiness Thread: A Never-Ending Chain Of Happiness And Joy! ^u^

With my spirit and heart revitalized by the outpouring celebration of Victory Day in Russia, I truly believe that its essential to have a thread devoted to the small moments of happiness that we all experience in life.

With each small moment of happiness that we share between each other aloud, the more we can celebrate the happiness and love that we have in our hearts.

*Warning!* No profanities, vulgarities, and no immorality is to be tolerated in this thread!

A small moment of happiness in my life would be when I had my first allergic reaction to Penicillin, and I had to be rushed to the hospital.

I was nine-years old, when the incident took place.

In short, my health was very poor at the time, and an earlier incident- at the time, eventually led to a Doctor prescribing certain medication to me, and Penicillin was one of them.

It turned out that not only was I allergic to Penicillin, but the Doctor had prescribed me a dosage for an adult and not a child.

I lost complete sensation and mobility of the left side of my body, and I was beginning to lose consciousness after a while of taking the Penicillin.

What made that small moment of happiness for me was that my sister was hugging and praying for me, while my Father drove straight to the nearest hospital.

I felt so warm and happy in her arms, and that always puts a smile on my face. ^_^

Very interesting responses, so far; however, if you're truly comfortable, then you're perfectly free to relate a happy moment in your life.

For instance, the moment that you truly felt loved by your parents, or a comforting moment between a close friend.

I want this thread to serve the great purpose of having people relive happy, kind moments in their life, and connect it to form an infinite chain that will serve as a testament of everything that's so wonderful about humanity- their benevolence/love/kindness/warmth/humanity/compassion etc.

I was inspired by this video in particular:

The happiness that people feel when being shown affection is truly a moment to behold, so don't hold back and be happy to your heart's content with everyone else!

I'm truly happy to hear that you had a great time.

How were you introduced to Family Guy, in the first place?

Did you find it on your own, or did you friends give you a slight push toward that direction?

Are you happy when you get to introduce new shows to your friends or relatives?

Do you have anyone close to you that loves watching Family Guy with you, by any chance?

          What makes you happy?

Did you have a great day, by any chance?

          You don't have to apologize.

No one's here to judge you- we're all here to celebrate in the happy moments that life has to offer, after all. ^_^

          What else makes you happy?

For example, are you happy when your Mother or Father hug you, and tell you that they love you?

Are you happy when a slight breeze of wind tickles your cheek on a morning stroll?

How do you feel when you tell people that you love them, and that you care of their wellbeing?

You don't have to thank me- if anything, I must apologize that my penmanship isn't as refined as it can be.

I simply cannot refrain myself from writing down all of my thoughts and love down, so I really don't take the time to make sure that my writing is as legible and large enough to be seen by everyone.

Nonetheless, I just hope that happiness-love stroke your heart, and put a smile on your face.

That's all I can ask for, after all.

If you have a moment of happiness that you'd be comfortable to share, then feel free to post it in this thread.

It would serve the noble goal of spreading happiness to everyone present, and be part of a larger chain of happiness-love that will last for all of eternity!

Have a great day/night, my friend.

Before I go to sleep, I'll relate a moment of happiness that I experienced in life for everyone to take in.

I was eight-years-old when I first attended my first visit to Cold Stone Creamery, and its a day I will never forget.

A dear friend of mine had gifted with a coupon booklet for Cold Stone Creamery at an earlier date, and I was happier than a child who takes their first bite into a cherry pie.

I just knew that all of my dream would come true on that day- I knew that my happiness would surely increase once I got to the doors of Cold Stone Creamery.

It was on a Friday morning that my Father took me and my beloved sister to Cold Stone Creamery- I was counting the seconds that it would take till we finally arrived at its promised doors.

We finally arrived- I thought that I had finally discovered the Promised Lands of Sweets were the happiness of Cakes and Milkshakes lived freely and in happiness for all eternity.

Once our orders finally arrived, I wished that moment would last forever and ever.

I was so happy- I finally felt that the world was rewarding and comforting me for being such being such a good little girl with a heart of pure gold.

I finally felt that I was beautiful, and that this is must have been the happiness that everyone gets to feel when the world is just right.

Its such a poignant and beautiful moment of happiness for me, for its a moment where I finally got to live the life that I always dreamt of living: a simple, everyday life filled with happiness with my beloved family.

My father also bought me a Jumbo-Sized Jar filled with Gummy Worms!

That was a gigantic plus on that wonderful day. ^u^

                        Right?!

I'm truly happy that I have yet another friend that can relate to a such a belated experience in full. <3

One of the great wonders of life- in my honest opinion, is getting to know that someone out there in this vast world understands you.

They've experienced what you experienced, reacted as you reacted, and took away from that moment just as you did.

You're not alone anymore, for you have someone out there that felt the happiness that you felt all that time ago.

                        Its truly, truly beautiful.

That being said, would you happen to have a happy moment that you'd like to share?

I'd be quite happy to listen to your encapsulated moment of happiness, if you're comfortable with sharing it with everyone in this thread.

Nonetheless, I hope that you have a great day/night, RCA. ^u^

You're being quite kind, so I must let you know that Pats-On-The-Head are reserved exclusively for moments of historic accomplishments and highest of appraisals.

I have yet to do anything deserving of your kind affection- I'm not one to be spoiled nor pampered, so I truly must insist that you hug me instead.

Hugs are quite lovely and the pinnacle of warmth-affection, you know?

I recall me and my Dad having a moment regarding these...super-ice-cream shops so to say, Cold Stone obviously being up there. I was pretty young, probably 12 or maybe a year older than that. I asked if we could come back more often because the stuff was so good, but he commented that an experience like that being rare makes it all the more special and delightful.

                              I can agree with that.

                                Is it a cat?

                                A hamster? A parrot?

                                  Is that so?

                                  I see.

                                  How interesting!

You're not alone in that sentiment- I'm well aware of how prominent that sentiment is with people; however, it always manages to amaze me how different I observe/understand that train-of-thought.

In my case, I never tire of the things that I love- not once.

I can engage in the activities that I love so dearly- witness a moment that seemingly repeats forever and ever, and it makes me just as happy as it before.

My happiness never changes nor fluctuates, so repeating special moments of happiness remain just as special and wonderful as always.

                                  Hehehehe!

I'm truly happy and quite cheerful in knowing that you experienced such kind and tender moments with your father.

Reminder: Never forget to tell your parents that you love them from the bottom of your heart!

Add the hearts: <333333, at the end of your message, if its going to be sent through text, RCA.

I truly appreciate that you shared such a touching moment with everyone, and I hope that you share even more beautiful moments at some point or another. ^_^
